It was technical but fair. You will have to demonstrate your understanding of a product or decouple a product and find what is missing to make it better. You will proceed to a 3 stage interview process, firstly a written assessment then a panel discussion. If successful you will meet with the CEO then an offer

First round is with the recruiter to understand your fit for the role
Then you have a session with a panel of people from various teams
Then you will get some practical work to do and present/submit
The final stage may be with the head of HR or someone in management
It was straightforward. Although it took a while for them to get back to me and I had to follow up consistently for over one month. I did not enjoy the fact that I was doing the follow up
