I did a phone interview with the owner/president. Spoke for about half an hour where he bemoaned how hard it was to hire "millenials". Discussed some of the business and talked about my background in web development. Scheduled the next day for a skills assessment. The person doing the assessment sat uncomfortably close during the whole process.
