I interviewed with the HR recruiter. Although the recruiter was incredibly kind, the conversation was heavily scripted. It was evident that they did not look at my resume or LinkedIn prior to the Zoom call. They read from a script and a long list of questions, many of which could have been easily read from my resume.

Every question was about experience, type of clients, size of clients - nothing personality based.

Interview process is okay. Felt like dry and cold at many moments. They felt like old traditional company with interviewers still manually take down notes which result in moments of prolong awkward silence.
