It consist of one phone interview, and two live interviews, then a trial or test project. The interviews are very well done and professional. i felt very relaxed and calm during the whole process and it was fun getting to know more about the company and its culture while simultaneously they were getting to know more about me. The test project is to demonstrate your competence level using PDF and word documents.
