I got a call from HR Recruiter egov tech labs on 28 April. I have cleared all the 3 rounds of interview . Technical, Managerial and HR Discussion. They said they will release offer letter soon . Later they said that I have to go through the IQtest which is mandatory for egov employees. The test consist Verbal , Logical and Numerical the test was equlent to CAT exam . I gave the test last week . That have given me a feedback saying that you have not scored well in the IQ test hence you are not qualify for the job. Having 10 years of experience in my domain they rejected me saying that you have scored least in IQ. This is one of the worst experience in my entire career.
