Overall the process felt disorganized, lacked transparency and ended up being a significant waste of time, which was especially disappointing considering I was referred and had initially received good feedback about the company. Throughout the process I interacted with three different HR representatives and was moved across several vacancies without clear communication or transparency. This led to more interviews than originally planned, and at one point they even tried to change the evaluation process halfway through. The process was halted for two weeks before resuming, which only added unnecessary delays. After more than two months I finally received an offer that was below expectations, lower than what had been discussed in the first interview and even below what my referrer who had recently joined the company is earning.
