The step involved 4 steps:
1. Analytical test
2. Short phone interview with HR
3. 1:1 interview with your team's manager
4. 1:1 interview with another person from the team
The process was smooth and fast, they would give you feedback from one day to another one and they were always open and friendly towards you.

The interview process was composed by two parts: as first an online test about evaluating analytical skills on e-commerce dynamics. Then, a call with the HR was programmed. I got a final answer a week later.

Mix of technical and soft skills interviews. Friendly interviewers that gave me a good impression of the company's culture. I did 5 steps counting the first evaluation, hr, hiring manager, business case, director.

Five interviews, with soft and hard skils.
The process is long but is really intresting and is also great to learn in each interview. The team is amazing and really easy to talk to.
