Get contacted letting me know they are interested in me and would like to schedule a first interview. I send them what times i'm available and how to reach me, i get no reply.
I contact them again a week later to re-iterate and ask them if they are still interested, and now 10 days later they still haven't contacted me. I would contact their HR department directly but their website has no contact information anywhere.

No questions since their HR seems incredibly unresponsive.

Entretien
Passed the first HR interview. Received a take-home technical test which I completed and sent. A week or two later I receive a message from HR that I have passed the test and that they would like to schedule the next round of the interview with the team. I send them my availability. After that, complete silence from their HR. I sent a couple of reminders within the next weeks asking whether I am still being considered, to which I never received any response.
Finally, a year and a half (!) later, I receive an (automated) message that my application was rejected and that they have proceeded with other candidates.
