First call with HR department to review personal skills and role description, few days later I was invited to complete an online test (not difficult, some exercise related to the role) and after one week recruiter wrote me to set up a final skype call with senior manager for the position. It was a one hour interview where they explained me about the role and where asked about my experience and expectations. After that I have never received a feedback from their HR team: unprofessional!
