Started with a short conversation with HR recruiter, got sent a test and had a couple of days to submit. They were v.happy with the results and we started to discuss money. They have provided a range e.g. 20 to 80. Given I have many years experience I explained I was previously earning in the region of 65 to their range. They started to tell me it's too much and then I did not hear back. No conversation, just disappeared. How poor is this, I was prepared to give them a good deal actually. Such a bunch of unprofessional time wasters. Why give a range to 80 if your real range is 40! to be honest they should realise they are not the only e-health company actually, even Google is very active in this area so they should try to recruit good people
