I I applied via Linkedin, received a call from Lee Morgan and was then brought in to meet with the main hiring manager. I also got to me the Chief Administration Officer.

Inquired about roles I recruited for in last position. Did I also have a non-compete from prior company to reach out to their clients? I was asked for references which they called but never told me what they were proposing. Mentioned they would alert me on their outcome and never did. New team is a bit unprofessional.
