Entretien
The interview process was very easy and you pretty much talk about your experience and what is on your resume. Although my interview went well, it felt rushed. I was pretty disappointed because they told me they will reach out to me within 1-2 weeks with an answer and they never updated me. The position was taken down so I’m assuming I did not get it. Disappointed they didn’t communicate that to me and kept me waiting for an answer.

Different stages, questions related to the Kyc management, AML policies and onboarding process. They have asked for the knowledge of the processes, key words, different cases and current and past experiences
The selection process consists of four rounds. Round 1 is a Group Discussion to assess communication and teamwork. Round 2 is an HR Interview focusing on personality and background. Round 3 is a Managerial Interview evaluating problem-solving skills. Round 4 concludes with an Aptitude Test to measure logical and analytical abilities.
