Terrible. overall this was a poor experience for the following reasons. - poor communication - no feedback/ took a long time to hear back - added additional steps throughout the process ad hoc - asked for a specific presentation then described it as 'something they would have expected to see' -kept asking me who I knew, what contacts I had, and what doors I could open immediately -lacked culture, everyone was a robot it was 6 stages in the end -2 of which were added throughout. I would recommend avoiding this company as they are paying a low salary and expecting the world. Advance to management - work on culture, and respect for candidates giving up a huge amount of time to interview with you
