It basically took 3 rounds . The process took 1 day . 1st was apti round ,2nd was HR round and 3rd was technical round technical round lasted for an hr which was quite tough

They ask you to write programs on C like sorting algo, OOPS concepts, java
Jr financial analyst
It takes full day and has 3 rounds
1) HR round...... ( Basic questions on investment banking, trade operations,trade support)
2) Aptitude test round....
3) Operation round.........
Smooth and fast process within 1-2 days. Reached in morning and gave assessment test and after that you will be shortlisted for face to face interview. After completing this you will be given offer letter on the same day to join this company.

Entretien
The interview was quite well at each level. I i will not say easy or tough but that was quite well. Because interviewers was not the boss during the process. Interview was not totally technical or job oriented but also about the personal experience character interest dedication dream
