There were 5 rounds 1.We were asked to write essay on "smoking ban in movies" 2.we were asked to talk on a perticula topic which was "air pollution" for 2 min in this they only wanted to check our fluency while talking in English. 3.Personal interview with HR where we were given a bit more idea about work profile and asked few que about ourselves and told about whatever salary will be awarded. 4.Aptitude test was taken which was of moderate level. 5.Last was the Interview with operation manager which was the deciding factor. I was a bit dissapointed as the post i was applying for was not available for engineers at my time of interview. But still they took my time and asked me to complete the whole procedure and in the interview with HR she told me about there is no post. And asked me that there is different post on which can i work which was i think not my cup of tea. So i was dissappointed.
