Two rounds of face-to-face interviews with managers. Initial round had a written skills test - was asked to take another one after the second round. The skills test essentially consisted of editing given content, writing an essay, rewriting several paragraphs and drafting a customer service email. Had to keep following up. HR would reply to emails promptly, but there were significant lags in communication.

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 5 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez eClerx (Chicago, IL) en avr. 2022
Entretien
The interview process was extremely long. It took about 5 weeks for an offer. Started with recruiter contact, then direct supervisor interview a week after, then an interview with the marketing director, then they wanted me to talk to another marketing director that I would work with as well. The process was the longest I had ever encounters. There were long gaps in-between each interview. When I got the offer they were not willing to work with my initial stated rate previously. I had initially accepted and started going through the background check process. They began asking for copies of my id, my tax returns to prove freelancing/self-employment, and more. It all made me feel extremely uncomfortable to share even just for a generic background check and felt it was breaching data privacy. I declined the role after that experience. I wanted to work with the team and felt that I could have gained a lot of experience and knowledge in the role but HR ruined every bit of that.
