Following the assessment, I had a total of four interviews: one with the manager and a senior colleague, two with managers from other teams, and the final one with the director. Each interview lasted at least one hour and featured substantial interaction. The atmosphere was friendly, and I never felt judged for my responses; they valued honesty and directness. Additionally, after each interview, the recruiter proactively reached out to provide and request feedback, which was a pleasant surprise.
