I had 1 phone screening with the recruiter where they asked more on my experiences. Post that, i had an interview with the hiring manager who was more keen on finding someone with a very similar background related to the role

08/05/24 - An internal recruiter contacted me to schedule an interview via LinkedIn search & I scheduled my first phone interview with the recruiter for the following Monday due to limited availability via Calendly.
08/12/24 - The recruiter proceeded to miss the 1st interview citing technical issues.
08/14/24 - I immediately re-booked for Wednesday for a 2nd attempt, which they also missed, and did not reach out for 3 hours citing a company-wide on-site meeting.
08/15/24 - They showed up for the 3rd attempt the following day (Thursday). On the interview/call they notified me that it would be an informal review of the role and my background. They said that they were impressed with my knowledge of the platform and would be in touch in ~2 business days after checking with the hiring manager on scheduling and reviewing my profile / their notes.
It took ~4 business days for them to get back to me with “Unfortunately, the hiring manager has passed on your profile at this time.” I immediately followed with “Thanks for reaching back out with an update. Can you please provide the reason(s) that I was not moved forward to the next step in the process, so that I can make sure I am better prepared / aligned in the future?” a week ago they have not replied.
