it was very amateur and chaotic process. first of all, HR guy contacted to me and after a short online interview, they arranged another online techinal interview. the interviewer (expected to be senior of course!) was not at senior level and it was really hard to understand his questions. i think he was not talented and also had not ambition for making a technical interview.
