Screening call, followed by technical interview, followed by in person interview at location.
The technical interview happens over Zoom. People on their dev team moved away to different countries during pandemic and "have been resistant" to coming back into the office. I.e. if you get hired you will be required to come into the office, but you will not have on-site support from senior members of the team. Which is understandable, I would want to be exposed to the management team either. Everything that you read on Glassdoor about the management is true. They are not looking for a win-win arrangement. They are looking for someone who they can trick into being subservient. They are looking for validation of their infallibility because they are The Managers. They want to feel rich and powerful and be treated with air of admiration, but in reality they have no idea how to build a business. Endole records show that they squandered their seed mouney and were assigned a minder from the VC side for the second round of funding. If you want to, you can in turn exploit their gullibility by superficially treating them as they imagine themselves to be. Lead them to where they think they're on a brink of hiring someone hard working to exploit, and watch them squirm when you ask all the hard questions at the very end. I came prepared with print-outs. Putting things right was so much fun. I later contacted one of the former employees on LinkedIn and they confirmed that I dodged a major bullet. And they do know what they are doing. Things like "I guess it has historically been a bit too one sided" will come out, if you know how to squeeze.

Simple and easy - HR chat, followed by online technical interview, followed by an in-person interview with HR and Development Manager. I would suggest making the technical interview harder :)
