Initially process was slow, my first telephonic interview got scheduled after one month of first interaction, it went well then hr became unresponsive and didn't replied to my email then suddenly after 3 days got a call for second round of video conferencing interview again hr became unresponsive and didn't reply follow-up emails.
Then to my surprise after 4 days got a call for final face to face round in their Gurgaon office. hr even didn't bother to call to check whether I will be attending interview or not.
Interviewer was good and professional and whole discussion took around 1 hr. Got an email as well as call from HR next day for submitting documents to initiate process.
Didn't get any response from them even after 1 wk of submitting documents.
They don't even bother to response on follow up emails.
Never seen such a unprofessional behaviour from hr ppl.

Entretien
I received a phone call from a recruiter informing me that I had been shortlisted for the position. The initial round of interviews consisted of a competency and technical level assessment conducted with a senior manager. Subsequently, a take-home test was provided to develop an API and web application. After submitting the test, a meeting with the hiring manager was scheduled to review the code. While the hiring manager was generally courteous, she raised some questions regarding a feature that I had not implemented, which was not part of the job requirements. Her questioning seemed to be directed at eliciting laughter throughout the interview process, which may have been influenced by my Indian accent. Despite the fact that I had answered approximately 90% of the questions correctly, I did not receive any feedback three weeks prior to the interview. Given the time invested in the interview process, I believe that a prompt response would have been appropriate. Typically, reputable companies establish a structured workflow to notify candidates, but this was not the case in this instance.
