I was contacted by a recruiter who then sent my CV to the company. Following this, I had a telephone interview a few days later. The interviewer was very nice, open to questions. They didn't talk much about the company, the interview was centred around questions about my studies, work experiences and my hobbies. Many of the questions were to do with the company values. Once the interview was over, I was told I would have news the next day. The company was very slow at giving a final response and communicated through the recruiter. I received a final response after two weeks. The process may have been slower in this case as the initial position was filled by another candidate. They then said they may have another similar position for me, however this was then filled internally.
