The interview process is a multi-stage process for hiring new employees. The interview process typically includes the following steps: writing a job description, posting a job, scheduling interviews, conducting preliminary interviews, conducting in-person interviews, following up with candidates and making a hire.

It started with a simple interview with the DM and store manager at the store I applied for, it went very smooth and some easy behavioral STAR questions, it was more of a personality and enthusiasm conversation. I was called back the next day to setup a phone interview with the zone manager. Now.... this was definitely one of the most intimidating hardest interviews. It was very educational and unique but definitely very complicated and you will be completely unsure of what the guy is looking for, it was about a 90 minute conversation. The guy leaves you hanging kind of and says the Dm will follow up with you so you have no idea how you did. I was offered the job a few hours later by the DM, very positive vibe and a extemely educational interview process and they will answer any question you have, but expect a very complex hard interview with a zone manager.
