3 stage process. 1. Take home coding exam. Simple Java application for REST API. Then some questions about design process and patterns 2. Face-2-Face with would be direct manager. Talking about why my skills would be a good fit. It felt like I was unwanted at this stage, as the manager was rather lethargic with both their questions and responses from me. 3. Face-2-Face with CEO & would be direct manager. This was more or less the same as the previous round from the DM, but the CEO was more energetic. Gelled well with the CEO and got positive reposes from them about my answers. Afterwards I got an offer, but the direct manager make me feel like I wasn't going to be welcomed there.
