The interviewing process was very fast. I had four different interviews with varying people within the P&O. The first was a conversation with recruiter, I was informed immediately of my progression to the next step. The second was with my direct report and that went into the details and expectations of the role. The next was with 2 Business Partners who I would have working relationship with. The last was with the head of P&O (People and Organisation) and a lead Agile coach. As I mentioned though having 4 interviews was a lot for me, once I got into the organisation I see that all these people were stakeholders I work with, so in effect it made sense.
