Multi stage interview
First stage is a casting day which you meet with several other prospective candidates - testing your soft skills and your personality and how you deal with different situations. This one takes half a day which is annoying if you have another job!
Second stage you meet with the manager to discuss further - however THERE IS NO PROMISE OF A JOB - This should have been mentioned beforehand!
THEY ARE INTERVIEWING PROACTIVELY SO DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE THEY CLAIM TO BE TRANSPARENT BUT LEFT THIS DETAIL OUT!!!
Scenario when you are stuck on a remote island and you are only allowed to bring in 4 items then it becomes 3 so you have to discuss with the group on most important.
You have to pick an item in the hotel that you relate with could be a painting statue or object - then discuss with a partner and then describe your partner's item - this is to test your listening skills.
Informal group interview; questions asked around a circle, pairing up with another person, etc. 3 hours long but also felt like it missed a lot of key things that would’ve really let individuals shine.

A 10 people video call where everybody introduced themselves and then the recruiter asked a couple of questions. The interview took about 2 hours, it was a relaxed environment and overall good experience
