My interview with Rafael was amazing! He came across as incredibly thoughtful, empathetic, and genuinely willing to help. Now that we're colleagues, I can confidently say that he truly embodies all of Carwow’s values. He gave me a really positive perspective on the company and my role within it. It’s also been great to see that my other teammates share those same values. We have a real laugh together while staying professional.
