Entretien
The interview was very straight-forward. I arrived at the restaurant and was met by the owner at the time. We then sat in the upstairs portion of the restaurant. The owner walked me through what the job was while doing his best to impress upon me the level of work ethic he expects and just how chaotic the job can get. He then asked if I was still interested. He didn't really ask about my background at all.
