Very casual interview process. Met with 6 people in total including the VP of Sales and CEO. Mostly conversations about myself, interests, the job and if i was willing to participate in a Sales Role. The process took about 6-8 weeks.

5 interviews total but all asked pretty typical "tell me a time when" questions, the high number of interviews reflects their desire to maintain company culture as they expand. Everyone was consistent with values so the amount of interviews is justifiable
