I had 2 zoom video calls. The first was with 3 people, this one seemed more informal. They put me at ease and really sold the role and company culture, which is important as an interview should be two ways to make sure it’s a good fit for you as well as you being a good fit for them. The second zoom was with 2 people, they seemed really friendly but it felt more formal. Went over similar stuff as the first interview but at a slightly different level. Unfortunately I didn’t get the job and was given the reason of ‘X’ after being told throughout the process the job doesn’t involve ‘X’ at all.
