Was organized . Direct interview with the managers , they valued the personality and the interest to work in for the company. The company first had a regular check on your behavioral aspects , then the attentions towards the customers, finally the adaption of culture. Finally they had a background check before the hiring process.
The interview process is pretty easy , they ask easy questions and ask about your availability and then you get an offer in the following days.so I would say it was an easy process
The interview process at the company was straightforward, with clear, concise questions aimed at assessing relevant skills and experience, allowing both the interviewer and candidate to focus directly on key qualifications without unnecessary detours.
