Depende el área, algunas realizan entrevistas en inglés aunque no lo requieran como tal todos los interns. El proceso es muy rápido, dos semanas aproximadamente, más una seman de exámenes médicos, psicométricos, etc. No piden tantos skills técnicos, más bien se enfocan en que sepas inglés. Por lo tanto, muchas personas provienen de escuelas privadas. Si eres de escuela pública, trabaja en tu dominio del idioma.

First it was a 5 question hireview then there was a 2 hour case going over mental math, market knowledge and hypothetical scenarios. Overall it was really easy and simple.

fine, just take your time. the virtual interview was pretty straightforward and had a timer for every question along with some extra time to prepare. It was mainly behavioural questions and asking theoretical situations and experiences from past jobs.
first round is a hireview and the second round is a technical interview. the hireview has 5 standard behavioral questions, while the technical a way for them to see how you think.
