The interview consisted of a two day group and personal interview. The first day Sunday, BP flew down about 15 prospective interns. They had a 4 course meal type interview with a recruiter and 3 other candidates at the table. It was very casual. Day 2 consisted of an all day interview. 1 hour personal and behavioral interview and an hour technical case study interview about finance situations. We were then taken on a tour of their campus for an hour, and given a presentation for an hour. It was then followed by another 3 course meal for lunch and we were sent back to the airport. Dress professional even though they suggest casual.
