Brush up and be ready for the typical interview questions such as: three words your co-workers would use to describe you; how did you work with with a difficult co-worker / situation, etc. I had 2 interviews with teams of two, and one with hiring mngr. The overall process moved pretty fast. However, I think they interview a lot of people and use them as benchmarks for internal candidates.

It started with introduction, some cad related questions. They have cad software like Autocad & solidworks requirements. Also, should be conversant with ms office. Located in vimanagar it has 4 floors alloted to various departments.

Took about more than one month for overall processes. Received invitation for an interview 2 weeks after applied. 2 weeks you will get the result after the interview. They will email you and you can check the status on bp career website.
