I had an online application with some competency based questions included, followed by situational judgement and online numerical and verbal tests. This was followed by a telephone interview then a technical interview. After 4 months of really hard work and dedication to the process, I was told I had passed the technical interview but they had decided to not run the placement anymore this year. They could not provide written details of this but I was then rejected from the process.
