The competency based interview is conducted by the phone with an HR member and it last approximately 30 minutes. One should expect questions relative to his/her background and he/she should also be prepared to demonstrate clearly why did he/she choose BP and the energy sector in general. Following that, typical competency based questions are asked where you should answer with an example from your academic or professional experience. The whole process is very simple and you should not be nervous as the interviewer is very friendly and will make you feel comfortable.
