Screening call with HR and Line Manager, to assess skills and experience,
Interview with Presentation with Line manager and Department Director. Decision from Senior Leadership whether candidate is suitable.

Entretien
Make you feel relaxed, very friendly. Four people interviewed me which I thought was excessive though and I wasn't informed I would be interviewed by 4 people so was not expecting it. I was firstly offered a glass of water and then the interview started. The first question was to talk about myself and my background of my current role so I gave them a high level overview of the skills I have and the daily responsibilities I carry out. Interview lasted 45 mins.
