It was a 3 stage interview process. No technical tests or case study. Only chatted with different departments and they were all so nice. In the second interview they asked technical knowledge about the advertising sector and the relevant KPI's.

The interview process struck me as unprofessional and somewhat disorganized. My interview was conducted by an individual in their last week, which understandably created an environment that lacked focus and engagement.
Additionally, the questions posed during the interview were chaotic and seemed random. When I encountered challenges in providing answers, the interviewer persisted and, at times, adopted an aggressive approach. This dynamic not only made the interview feel unprofessional but also created an uncomfortable and pressured atmosphere. Regrettably, the experience left me feeling emotionally distressed; it was the first time in my professional life that I felt violated, even though the encounter was within the formal and professional context of an interview.
My advice - Guys, hire a global professional HR specialist.
