The whole process took 2+ months. There was miscommunication from the management's side regarding the job availability as well. 3 rounds of interview, with focus on manager selection skills and fund performance ratios across all 3 stages. However, management gives more weightage to candidate motivation.

Entretien
3 Interviews with senior members. Mostly technical interview going over different performance and risk measures such as sharpe ratio, information ratios. This included giving the formulas, when you would use them and their limitations. Limited questions about motivation and company fit etc.
