The interview was over zoom due to coronavirus restrictions and the interviewers were both incredibly friendly and welcoming. It was a pleasant interviewing experience and I would not be hesitant to apply to bet365 again.

Entretien
Just asked basic sports, maths and computer questions. Wanted to know if I had experience in gambling or sportsbook industry, trading or otherwise. Was quite casual, even though it was a panel interview. I guess there isn't much else, as you can't study/get a degree for gambling so they're generally interviewing fresh faces to the industry.
