Sent a CV & cover letter over initially. Was then rang by a member of staff to say I have got through to the next stage of selection which was a telephone interview. Telephone interview asked customer service competency based questions. I was then rang to say I was successful and invited to bet365 offices to complete 2 ability tests (a numerical ability test and a judgement test) and an interview. (Note: you have to pass the ability tests to then have an interview, if you don't pass them both you don't progress to the interview and are asked to leave). The interview then asked more competency and situational judgement questions related to the role.
