I applied directly online through the Bare Escentuals website and received a phone call from the hiring manager to set up an appointment for a face-to-face interview. I met with the hiring manager on our set date and she began asking the standard questions during an interview; Tell me about yourself, Work experience, Skills, etc. At the end of the interview I was asked if I had any questions and I asked a few. At the end I was finally offered a job with the company and accepted.
