This was an initial screening type call. If “passed” there would be additional interviews with hiring manager(s). Conversational with some typical interview questions. I felt very relaxed, not rushed for answers and invited to ask questions.

Entretien
They require you to complete an independent project as part of the interview process but only give you a few days to achieve it to simulate a comparable work project should you be hired. You must clean, organize, and present your findings/recommendations to several team members at once via video chat (which inevitably fails).
