Submitted application and resume via Internet. I heard within a week requesting a phone interview. completed phone resume and was asked to come in for a personal interview. Went for my personal interview and met with three Managers. Got a job offer within 30 minutes after leaving the interview. Overall simple and quick.

Short phone interview. I was referred by someone and before I even got a chance to apply for the position I wanted they had set up a phone interview within 2 days. The interviewer then proceeded to tell me she saw I applied for the client services position which I had not. It seemed as though I was set up to do poorly for a position I didn't even apply for.
