I think the purpose of the interviews are to also assess how effectively you communicate to see you would speak under stress in the role of the position.

The interview process consisted of applying online, phone interview , then in-person interview at their beautiful Atlanta office . The in person interview involved shadowing someone in the current position and then two interviews with hiring managers . If offered the job you will have your new hire orientation in Maine(Company HQ) for week and train for 15 weeks altogether before you are officially in your role . The company culture is great and I suggest you research the companies products it offers and the functions of each one .
