Not a rigorous interview process. They were very nice but there was no acknowledgment or communication after the interview. I sent a message thanking them for their time and heard crickets.

Recruiter was professional and a good communicator, but after two hourlong leadership interviews, the company ghosted me entirely. Never closed the loop; never said, “Thanks, but no thanks.” Leaving candidates hanging after they’ve put in the effort to prepare for 2.5 hours’ worth of meetings is inconsiderate and irresponsible recruiting. It also sends a loud message about the company culture that’s in sharp contrast to the culture it thinks it has. Shameful.
