Interview was set up by company HR and was held via teams with Service Manager and Regional Manager. Good mix of questions, scenarios and opportunities to ask questions. Some questions I asked around culture, leadership and performance frameworks were only answered vaguely despite follow up clarification questions.

Easy pretty basic process if they like the way you look they hire you unforntuately thats the way they kinda work and they love people who knows more about mental health
