I was interviewed twice and invited for an Onsite interview at their location in Bolzano. Since I did not live in Bolzano I had to travel there and back. Costs were not reimbursed. The conversation onsite was brief and felt unprepared but pleasant. I was not asked much. I was promised a follow-up with next steps within 2 weeks. The follow-up mail asked me to be patient with their decision about my application for another month, because of internal restructuring. I contacted them again after 6-8 weeks and never got a response. Very disappointing and disrespectful. Please be so kind to inform the applicants of your decisions, especially if they enter the third interview level and are coming onsite to meet Alpitronic.

The interviewer was late and the interview itself was rather unprepared. The interviewer himself admitted that he did not read my CV and asked me to go through everything from what I have done in the past till what I am currently doing. It was rather strange that he did not understand most of the things I explained, even though it should be clear and I had the impression that he didn't take my answers seriously. It defo left me a weird impression.
