Interviewer was 30 minutes late to call, no explanation and no apology. Interview felt extremely rushed. There was no introductory / details about the firm or the position. Interviewer just came on and asked if I had any questions, which she did answer thoroughly. Was hostile when I asked questions probing the 10 hour work days.

Entretien
The recruitment team is very kind and quite accommodating. Undoubtedly because they are trying to cover for what seems like a cult.
Two initial interviews followed with a "round table" included over 20 people. No doubt this was done because it is a cheap way to cover a lot of candidates.
This first part begins the conniving behavior of management which from my perspective likely permeates the culture. They bring people together in what is purported to be an open forum and would at least initially seem to be a test of each candidate's ability to communicate. Yet, the question format is odd, and the questions themselves are odd.
Once I got through it I got the sense management was not interviewing to find the best candidates. They were cherry-picking individuals who would adopt and not question what appears to be a cult-like culture. The interview is a clever back-handed personality mining operation. If you do take this interview and you are married be careful to hide your wedding ring. Management was very clear that they want you to live and breathe the role.
It may be a good role for someone who wants to get their resume started. I cannot imagine anyone would want to stay.

Entretien
There was a phone interview, followed by 2 skype interviews, followed by an on site interview with 3 different people and a quick job shadow. They did not ask any hard questions, but rather want to see if you are a good fit for the culture. I had an interview with the COO and e seemed very uninterested in what I had to say.
