Initial phone screen from an HR person followed by an in-person interview with a senior official at alliantgroup at their building in Houston, TX. very quick and informal interview in-person process
The interview process was chill. The people there made you feel extremely comfortable. It seems like it would be a good company to work for. And they give free lunches.
